New features in SIMO 0.5.0

The data for calculations is now stored in a relational database and the simulations are run as matrix manipulation operations. What this means is that the simulations are quite a bit faster now and the dataset sizes that are feasible for simulation & optimization are limited by disk space only.

The syntax for the conditions in model chains has been also changed to be more concise. The same syntax is used in defining the optimization task and aggregation reports.

• The weights for the LP optimization results are not included in any of the reporting options. Thus if the LP solution contains partial weights, the optimization reports are incorrect.
