Changes in SIMO 0.6.1

• Operation result output fixed. In release 0.6.0 the classification of operation results was broken. Now the classifying attributes are listed in the ini file in [output.operation_result] section with group_by-setting
• Bucking cache implementation changed to handle cache updates more gracefully

• The weights for the LP optimization results are not included in any of the reporting options. Thus if the LP solution contains partial weights, the optimization reports are incorrect.
